UPSC IAS 2017 ADMIT CARD

IAS Prelims Admit Card has been released on June 6, 2017, at upsc.gov.in. Candidates can download the Admit Card till June 18, 2017. The Exam will be conducted on multiple dates.
The IAS Hall Ticket is a very important document to be carried to the IAS 2017 Exam Centre. Candidates will not be allowed entry into the exam center without their IAS Admit card. The IAS admit card must be downloaded from the official website of UPSC. Admit Card must be carried along with a valid photo ID at the IAS 2017 Exam Centers to ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
The IAS Admit card will be made available on the UPSC website three weeks prior to the exam. It must be noted that the IAS Hall ticket will not be sent to the candidate’s address by post. The candidates are required to keep the requisite information ready to avoid any discrepancy in downloading the IAS Admit Card. As soon as the candidate has downloaded his IAS Admit card, the first thing he must do is to verify that all details mentioned are correct. The Application Process for IAS Exam is an online process commenced from October, 2016 and continues till May 27, 2016. The candidates are required to register for the IAS Application Process and then complete the steps involved. The IAS Exam notification has been released on April 27, 2016 on the official website of UPSC.
After completing the IAS Online Registration, the candidate must fill out the particulars of the form. The scanned image of the candidate’s photograph and signature will also have to be uploaded. The application fee for IAS 2016 is Rs. 100 for General and OBC Category male candidates. All female candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Those belonging to SC and ST categories also need not pay the IAS Online form fee.
The application fee for IAS 2017 Exam can be paid by both online and offline methods. For online option, the candidate can choose to pay through debit card, credit card or net banking. To pay the fee by offline mode, the candidate can make use of the “Pay by Cash” option and pay through the “Pay-in-slip” generated.
