DNB CET is organized bi-annually in online mode in January and June 2017. Any candidate who possess a MBBS Degree from a recognized by Medical Council of India. The online registration for DNB CET commences from April 26, 2017 and shuts by May 31, 2017. The application fee for DNB CET 2017 is INR 4500 to be paid in online mode only.
Candidate have to mention their desired date and exam center in the DNB CET Application Form. The DNB CET 2017 Admit Card is sent on the e-mail ID provided, 24 hours after the submission of the DNB CET 2017 Application Form.
DNB CET is conducted in online mode with objective type questions. It is conducted in two sessions. The DNB CET 2017 Result will be available on the official website from August 03, 2017. National Board of Education (NBE) conducts the DNB CET 2017 for admissions to post graduate courses Plastic Surgery, Neuro-Surgery, Cardio-thoracic Surgery and Pediatric Surgery.

DNB CET 2017 Eligibility
The candidates aspiring admissions to DNB Post graduate courses in Plastic Surgery, Neuro-Surgery, Cardio-thoracic Surgery and Pediatric Surgery shall apply for DNB CET 2017. Candidates must possess a MBBS Degree and Provisional Passing Certificate recognized by Indian Medical Council of India.
The candidates who have completed an internship of one year before July 31, 2017 are eligible to apply for DNB CET 2017. Any candidate who had already enrolled for the course in January 2015 and has withdrawn from the same cannot apply for DNB CET.
DNB CET 2017 Application Process
The DNB CET 2017 Application Process is an online process. The DNB CET 2017 Application Form will be available on the official website from April 26, 2017. The last date to complete the DNB CET 2017 Application Process is May 31, 2017.
The Application fee for DNB CET 2017 is INR 4500 which is paid through online mode only. The candidates must carefully follow four simple steps namely registration, completing the DNB CET 2017 Application Form, Scheduling DNB CET 2017 and Paying the DNB CET 2017 Application Fee. The candidate must complete the Registration Process for DNB CET 2017 within 15 minutes. The steps followed to register for DNB CET 2017 are given below:
- Enter the Captcha post reading the instructions so that you are redirected to the page to create your profile.
- Enter your Name and other personal details along with a unique E-mail address. The DNB CET 2017 Admit Card is sent to the provided E-mail ID.
- Create your Username, Password and Select Secret reminder question along with the answer.
- Provide other communication details (telephone number and postal address)
- Verify the details and click on Save and Continue.
Completing the DNB CET 2017 Application form

- Click on Continue after providing the program information, important dates etc.
- Enter the personal details such as Nationality, Date of birth and click on Save and Continue.
- Mention the Educational details in the space provided.
- Choose ‘I agree’ to the declaration statement and click on Save and Continue.
Scheduling DNB CET 2017
The candidates can choose their preferred location and date for DNB CET 2017. The session or timings for the DNB CET 2017 is also selected by the candidate. The steps for scheduling the DNB CET 2017 is given below:
- Select the preferred test center from the list of the DNB CET 2017 Test Cities.
- Select the location of the test center in the desired test city.
- Choose the date and time for the DNB CET 2017 and click of Save and Finish.
The candidates have to pay the DNB CET 2017 Application fee through online mode only. The application fee for DNB CET 2017 is INR 4500. The steps followed for the fee payment is mentioned below:
- Select the Payment option from the Make Payment Screen.
- Enter the Account Number and PIN if you choose the Net Banking or Card Number and PIN in case of payment through Credit Card or Card Number and CVV number in case of Debit Card.
- Click on make payment option and make sure that the transaction is completed within 30 minutes.

DNB CET 2017 Admit Card
The candidates will receive the DNB CET 2017 Admit Card within 24 hours after the successful submission of the DNB CET 2017 Application Form. The candidates can avail their DNB CET 2017 admit card from June 07 from the official website.
Admit card is an important document to be carried at the time of exam which authenticates the identity of a candidate. A candidate must carry a copy of MCI/ SMC registration, photo identification proof and name change document (if any) along with their DNB CET 2017 admit card.

- Login using your username and password

DNB CET 2017 Exam Centres

DNB CET 2017 Exam Pattern
DNB CET is an online mode exam conducted twice a year. NBE conducts DNB CET 2017 in a three day window from June 30, 2017 to July 03, 2017. DNB CET 2017 will consist of 300 objective MCQ type questions.
There is an online tutorial on instructions to attempt the online exam 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam. DNB CET is conducted in two sessions with total duration of the exam three and a half hours or 210 minutes. DNB CET 2017 exam will be conducted in English only.

DNB CET 2016 Result
DNB CET 2017 result for July session will be released on August 03, 2017. The candidates can check their DNB CET 2017 Result on the official website. Download and print the DNB CET 2017 Result in the form mark sheet-cum-result certificate. The certificate is an important document required during DNB CET 2017 Counselling.
The DNB CET 2017 scorecard is valid only for the current academic session i.e. 2017-18 and cannot be used for the coming sessions.

DNB CET 2017 Counselling
The counselling for DNB CET 2017 is expected to commence in the 2nd week of October 2017. NBE also facilitates online counselling which is carried out at the official website and is completely transparent but allotment of seats is done for the candidates appearing in person.

DNB CET 2017 Counselling Fee
The fee for DNB CET 2017 counselling is INR 2,500. The fee has to be paid either through DD drawn in the favor of National Board of Counselling payable at New Delhi or through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks. DNB CET 2017 counselling fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
