CTET 2017 (Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2017) is an examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to recruit teachers for Class I to Vor Class VI to VIII or both all over India. CTET Answer Key will be released few weeks after the conduction of the exam. CTET 2017 answer key will be declared on the official website of CTET. Candidate must secure at least 60% marks in CTET exam to qualify to obtain the CTET Certificate.
Evaluation of CTET 2017 papers will be computer based and no request for revaluation will be entertained. The certificate of marks will hold information such as roll number, name of the candidate, category, subject wise marks, etc.
Marks certificate for CTET 2017 will be valid for the next seven years for all the categories. The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government and schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.
Result for CTET which will be conducted on April 07, 2017. Candidate must regularly check the official website to obtain his / her result as the schedule given for the announcement of the result is tentative.
CTET 2017 Result which are due to be announced in the second week of November, 2017 (tentatively) can be checked by proceeding with the following steps:
Candidate appearing for CTET 2017 will qualify only after he / she secures at least 60% marks in the examination that will be conducted on September 18, 2017.
Candidate must note that the school management can give concessions to person belonging to reserved categories such as SC / ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc. according to the reservation policy followed by their institution.
Mere qualifying in the CTET 2017 examination will not ensure the recruitment as it is not the only eligibility criteria that is checked, however, CTET 2017 Examination will certainly play a vital role in the recruitment process.
As it is already known that CTET 2017 examination will be multiple choice objective type question mode, therefore the OMR answer sheets will be evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinized by a computerized evaluation system. Candidates must very carefully mark the answers in the OMR sheet for the computer machine to access the answer filled in by the candidate in OMR sheet. It is very important to note that no request for revaluation of the OMR sheet will be entertained.
CTET 2017 answer key will be uploaded on the official website for CTET examination few weeks after the conduction of the CTET exam. Though unofficial answer keys are available online but candidate may obtainofficial answer key for both the papers i.e. Paper I and Paper II.
Candidate must refer to the official answer keys to get an idea of their performance. He / she must check the answer key against the question paper set or code. The official CTET Answer Key will be released for different sets on the official website. The CTET Result can be predicted through the CTET Answer Key. The candidates can check the CTET Cut off to confirm the qualification.
Candidate may obtain his / her marks certificate from the official website for CTET examination. Marks certificate provided to the candidate after recording his / her roll number will be as follows:
A candidate can apply for re- issuance of marks certificate. For this candidate must pay the prescribed fee by the way of demand draft in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education. The Demand Draft must be drawn on any nationalized bank and it must be payable at Delhi. Candidate can get the format for applying for duplicate marks certificate from the official website of CTET 2017 examination.
A candidate can attempt for CTET 2017 examination to acquire a CTET certificate. A person who has already qualified CTET may also appear for it again to improve his / her score. CTET 2017 marks certificate will be considered valid for appointment for seven yearsfrom the date of declaration of the CTET Result.
Almost 8 lakh candidates appeared for CTET examination when it was first conducted in the year 2011. Only 9% of the candidates who appeared for CTET that year qualified and no improvement has been since then.
In the year 2012 barely 1% of the candidates appearing for CTET could qualify.
