CTET Cut Off 2017- The CTET cut off is the minimum qualifying marks which should be secured to qualify the CTET exam. The cut off is released after the declaration of CTET Result. The qualifying marks for CTET is 60% and above. Candidates securing 60% above marks are considered CTET qualified. This 60% score also has further conditions such as passing marks in each CTET Paper. The Eligibility Certificate is valid for 7 years from the date of the announcement of results.
CTET Cut Off is the minimum qualifying score released by CBSE. It is determined for the candidates who have applied for the test, whether they have qualified for CTET Certificate or not. Post declaration of CTET Result, cut off is released on its official website (ctet.nic.in).
CTET cut off scores and the result of the CTET Exam can be checked on the official website of CBSE or the CTET website. Only those candidates who qualify the CTET Cutoff 2017 will receive the CTET eligibility certificate.
To be considered qualified to receive the CTET certificate and pass the exam, a candidate must score at least 60% and above in the CTET exam. A 60% score and above means that the candidate must get at least 90 marks out of the maximum marks 150. A statement of marks is issued for the candidates appearing in CTET.
School Managements (Government, Local bodies, Government aided and unaided) may consider giving concessions to a person belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc., in accordance with their reservation policy. Having qualified the CTET 2017, does not ensure the candidates the right to demand a job in an institution. It is merely a qualifying examination, it does not a guarantee of definite employment.
Previous year CTET cut off helps the candidates to get the idea whether they can qualify or not. CTET cut off vary a little for every year. Therefore, most of the time, candidates are sure about the marks they definitely have score to be considered passed.
