CTET 2017 APPLICATION FORM
NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
CTET Application Form 2017 will be tentatively available from March 15, 2017, at ctet.nic.in. Candidates can apply for CTET 2017 in online mode only. The last date to apply for CTET 2017 is March 30, 2017.
Candidates can remit the Application fee for CTET through online and offline mode. Candidates claiming reservation are provided with the facility of fee concession. CTET Application Process is a 4-step process:
The application fee for General category is INR 600 for single paper & INR 1000 for both papers. For SC/ST/ PwD category candidates, it is INR 300 for single paper and INR 500 for both papers.
Candidates must keep the following documents/ files ready before beginning to fill up the CTET Application Form:

Candidates do not need to send the hard copy of the confirmation page to the CTET unit. They should retain the hard copy of the CTET 2017 Application form, and the e-challan (if the fee is paid by e-challan) for the subsequent stages of the CTET Selection process.
The candidates have to register for the CTET Exam through an online CTET Application Process after satisfying CTET Eligibility. They have to undergo a registration and form filling process followed by uploading scanned images of photograph and signature. The uploading of documents is followed by fee payment and printing of confirmation page. The fee can be remitted in either online or offline. The steps to apply for CTET Exam are as follows:
Note: Candidates should provide their valid Mobile No. and E-mail ID while filling their CTET online application so that the updates/ alerts related to CTET may be sent to the registered Mobile Number / E-mail ID.
Candidates are required to give the details mentioned in the class 10th Board Certificate while filling the details in the CTET Application Form 2017. Theinformation must be authentic. Verify the information correctly before final submission of the CTET Online Form. Candidates are required to provide the following details in the CTET Application Form 2017 according to the instructions below:

|Mother’s Name||Enter full name in CAPITAL letters as per class 10 Secondary Board Certificate|
|Father’s Name||Mention the full name in CAPITAL letters as per class 10 Secondary Board Certificate|
|Date of Birth||Mention it in the DD/MM/YYYY format as per class 10 Secondary Board Certificate|
|Choice of Examination Centres||Select three different options for Examination Centres cities in order of preference.|
|Selection of Language||Select two different languages to appear for CTET.|
|Language-I will focus on the proficiencies of the medium of instructions|
|Language-II will focus on the elements of language, communication, and comprehensive abilities|
|Question Paper Medium||Choose any one option from Online or Offline media|
|If Differently Abled||If ‘Yes’ is selected, select any of the following: Locomotor Impaired (Ortho), Hearing & Speech Impaired, Visually Impaired (Blind)|
|Unique Aadhar No (Optional)||Enter your unique 12 digits Aadhar Card Number|
|Gender||Choose appropriate gender between Female or Male|
|Category||Click on any one category among General, SC, ST or OBC|
|Status of Qualifying Exam||Choose any one from Passed or Appearing|
|Employment Status||Select the suitable option from the drop down menu|
|Applying For||Select Paper 1 for classes 1 to 5|
|Select Paper 2 for classes 6 to 8|
|Select both if you want to apply for both the papers|
|Subject offered for Paper 2 (Compulsory)||Choose any one option Mathematics and Science or Social Science.|
|Roll Number||Only if the candidate has appeared in the last 3 CTET examinations i.e. CTET- SEPT 2015, CTET- FEB 2016 or/ and CTET- SEPT 2016|
|College Name and Marks Scored||Enter your college name and the percentage of marks scored in the qualifying examination|
|Contact Details||Write complete mailing address including PIN CODE as the same is required for further communication, Mobile No, STD Code with Telephone No. (Optional) and E-mail ID|
In case candidate forgets CTET registration number, it can be retrieved by clicking on ‘Forgot Registration Number?’ This will lead to a page where the candidate will be required to provide the following details: Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category, Paper Applied and the Security Pin (Captcha). Click on Submit after mentioning all the required details. If these details are provided correctly, the registration number can be easily retrieved.
