How to Download CTET Admit Card?
CTET Admit Card is an entrance ticket for a candidate to enter the examination hall. It will be available at ctet.nic.in in the month of July, 2017. No hard copy will be provided by post. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to generate their CTET Admit Card:
Step 1: Visit the Official Website of CTET- www.ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link provided on the website to ‘Download CTET Admit card’
Step 3: Enter the Registration No. and Password. Also, enter the DOB in the other block in DD/MM/YY format only.
Step 4: Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 5: After submitting, CTET Admit Card 2017 is generated and appears on the screen
Step 6: Click on ‘Download’ button to save and download the CBSE CTET Admit Card.
Step 7: Now, take a print of the Admit Card for the future references.

Availability of CTET Admit Card
CTET Admit Card 2017 will be issued by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). It will be issued at least 10 to 15 days prior the conduct of exam. The direct link will be updated here once the CTET hall ticket is released.

It is highly recommended to the candidates to bring CTET Admit Card 2017 along with a valid photo id proof. It can be PAN card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Identity Card, Passport, Driving License. Problems while Downloading CTET Admit Card
CTET Admit Card is available for download via online mode only (visit ctet.nic.in). Hence, there is a possibility that some problem might occur while doing the same. The possible reasons for a problem to occur are as follows:
- Speed of the Internet OR
- A number of applicants trying to download CTET Admit Card at the same time.
Therefore, if a candidate is not able to download their CTET Admit Card, immediately they should retry after a gap of 5 or 10 minutes. OR, one can try downloading it during the off-peak hours. How to Retrieve CTET Registration Number?
Registration number of a candidate is generated at the time of CTET 2017 Registration. After successful registration, it is automatically sent to the candidate’s email id as mentioned on the CTET Application Form. But in case, a candidate forgets their registration no., one can follow the given steps to retrieve the registration no.
Step 1: Visit the Official Website of CTET- www.ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click ‘Forgot Registration No.?’
Step 3: Fill in the information asked- Candidate’s Name, Mother’s name, Father’s name, DOB, Category, Name of the paper they have applied for and security pin
Step 4: To enter the security pin, one has to correctly re-write the numbers given in the box of security pin

Important Instructions for CTET Admit Card
The following instructions will be printed on the CTET Admit Card. Candidates should read the following guidelines carefully:
- The reporting time of reaching exam center is 90 minutes prior the conduct of exam.
- The photograph on the hall ticket must be the latest one and clear.
- Any mark made on the CTET Admit Card/ Hall Ticket is not acceptable.
- It is prohibited to carry any textual material, calculators, pen, slide rules, log tables, and electronic watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other electronic device, except the hall ticket and blue/ black ball point pen inside the exam center.
- Test takers coming late will not be allowed to enter the exam center.
- Any candidate who fails to produce a valid CBSE CTET Admit Card is prohibited from entering the exam center. Carry a valid photo id proof to the center, along with the CTET Admit Card.
- Test takers will be asked to open the seal of the CTET test booklet 05 minutes before the commencement of exam. The question booklets will be distributed 10 minutes before the test is scheduled.
- Any kind of unfair practice or misconduct at the exam center will lead to the rejection of the candidature.
- The exam will start as per the time mentioned in the CTET hall ticket.
- Frisking of candidates will be done at the entry gate of the exam.
