Ans. OAF stands for Online Application Form and TAT stands for Test Admission Ticket
Ans. A candidate need not have in depth knowledge of any computer software to give the computer based test. All he/she needs to know is how to operate the mouse.
Ans. There are sufficient buffer systems available at all the COMEDK UGET Examination Centers to take care of such issues. It is ensured that no loss of time is caused while changing the system as each and every second would be recorded by the server and is recovered accordingly.
Ans. Medium of COMEDK UGET 2017 Computer based (online) examination is English language only.
Ans. There is no separate question booklet available for online test. In Online Computer based test, the questions would appear on computer screen along with the answer options. However, a page is displayed before the actual test begins containing all the important instructions. Additional time is provided to read the instructions which is not the part of examination duration.
Ans. For every question, there are four options available to select the right answer. Candidate should click on one of the options by using computer mouse. The option once selected can be reviewed or re-answered any time during the conduct of the examination.
Ans. Yes, it is possible to change the answer selected by the candidate, any number of times, prior to the completion of the session for the online exam.
Ans. No, students of any state from India are eligible to appear for COMEDK UGET 2017.
Ans. No, the benefit of relaxation in the marks of qualifying examination is meant only for SC/ST/OBC category candidates belonging to Karnataka.
Ans. If a candidate has passed the 2nd PUC/12th standard prior to 2014 than he/she is not eligible to apply for MBBS /BDS courses. However, as per the norms of AICTE/VTU, the candidate is eligible for B. Tech courses.
Ans. For the admission in MBBS/BDS course, a candidate should attain the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission, i.e., 31/12/2017.
Ans. The list of courses provided on the official website is limited only to courses which are offered by COMEDK Member Institutions.
Ans. COMEDK UGET 2017 Online Application Form can be filled on or before April 4, 2017.
Ans. Selection of seats is done on the basis of merit for the Under Graduate course in Member Institutions. Candidate’s performance in COMEDK UGET 2017 is taken into the consideration. COMEDK UGET 2017 Entrance Test, publication of test score and COMEDK UGET 2017 Rank List is followed by centralized single window counseling. The details of the arrangement decided by the competent authority would be published on the official website as soon as possible.
Ans. Candidate needs to register himself/herself at the official website. Once the registration is done, the applicant receives login ID and password. Candidates should login with the registration ID and password to get access to COMEDK UGET2017 Application Form. The application process requires the candidate to complete the online application form by providing his/her personal and academic details and submit it along with relevant documents and prescribed fee.
Ans. Candidates are advised to be careful while applying. There is a possibility of multiple rejections getting rejected.
However, a candidate can register for COMEDK UGET 2017 as many times as he/she wants to. But a unique E-mail ID is required to complete the new registration request every time. COMEDK UGET 2017 Application Fee is also non-refundable and so the payment of application fee has to be done again with a new application.
Ans. No, the photograph cannot be in black and white mode. It has to be identical and a color photograph only. It should not be older than 3 months. Photograph that is smudged /tampered or hazy is not acceptable with the Application Form.
Ans. Payment of Application fee is done through both online and offline payment modes. Online payment can be made through debit card/credit card /net banking while Challan payment from Axis bank is acceptable for offline mode of payment.
Ans. In such case, the concerned candidate should contact the COMEDK Helpdesk to seek clarification about the situation and to know the resolution for the issue.
Ans. No hard copies of the admission ticket are dispatched by the authority to the candidates. Applicants should download the sane using their login credentials and take the print out of the ticket from the official website only.
Ans. Each clarification is worth of INR 500 so the candidate have to make the online payment of INR 2500 for 5 clarifications along with the relevant details.
Ans. COMEDK UGET 2017 Results are uploaded on the website of COMEDK. An eligible candidate can know his/her result by using his/her login credentials, once the result is declared online.
Ans. No, COMEDK does not dispatch any hard copy of COMEDK UGET 2017 Rank Card. Candidate have to download and print the rank card online from the website.
Ans. The candidate should check the version of browser that is being used to fill the application form. Every browser does not support the process. A candidate should use only Internet Explorer (version 7 to 11) or Mozilla Firefox (14 to 34) or Google Chrome (20 to 36) to fill in the Application Form. If the problem still exist than the candidate should clear their browsing history and cache and retry.
Ans. No such provision is available for any such candidate and COMEDK UGET 2017 and Uni-GAUGE EMeD 2017 are conducted as a combined exam only on May 8, 2017 (expected date).
