BUMAT (Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test) is a national level examination for admission to BBA/BCA undergraduate course. It is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU/BVU) every year in the month of June.The BUMAT 2017 Registration will begin in the month of February and will end on May 27, 2017. The BUMAT 2017 Exam Date is June 4, 2017. Only Indian students are eligible to apply to BUMAT 2017. The admission of foreign students to BBA and BCA course is determined separately by a merit list announced by BVDU.

BUMAT 2017 Eligibility
The applicants for BUMAT 2017 must pass a qualifying exam with a certain percentage of minimum marks to be eligible for BUMAT. The various eligibility criteria are stated below:
- The applicants applying for BBA/BCA course must have passed HSC (10+2) or any other equivalent examination from any statutory board in India.
- They must be an Indian National.
- The students appearing in the HSC (10+2) or any other equivalent examination is also eligible to apply. But their admission shall be confirmed provided they have completed the aforementioned examination on or before the date of admission to the Institute of their choice.
- The students have to submit their statement of marks at the time of admission and till the submission has been done the admission will remain provisional.

BUMAT 2017 Reservation
The applicants for BUMAT 2017 does not have caste based reservations for admission to colleges under BVDU. However there are certain other reservations for BUMAT 2017 which are mentioned below:
- One seat apart from the sanctioned intake based on the merit list of BUMAT is reserved for-
- Sons and daughters of migrants from Jammu & Kashmir valley
- Defense and Civil Service personnel engaged in fighting against terrorists activities in Jammu & Kashmir valley.
- The candidates to be admitted against these seats must have appeared the BUMAT 2017 Test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune
- 15% of the available seats are reserved for foreign students / NRI / PIO / OCI/ Management Merit Category.

BUMAT 2017 Application Process
The application process for BUMAT 2017 starts in the month of february. For BUMAT 2017 the entire application process along with payment will end on May 27, 2017.
The mode of BUMAT 2017 Application Process is offline. However the students can obtain the BUMAT 2017 application form both offline from the head offices of BVDU and online by downloading the BUMAT 2017 brochure. To apply for BUMAT 2017 the applicants must initially register themselves on the official website of BVDU using their email ID. The link of official website is www.bvuuniversity.edu.in.
Once they have registered, a user ID and a password will be generated which can be used to download BUMAT 2017 admit card later.
BUMAT 2017 Application fee
The application fee for BUMAT 2017 is Rs.1000 and the cost of brochure is Rs. 200. The mode of payment is offline. The candidates can either pay by cash or via Demand draft in the favor of –“The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune" through any nationalized bank Payable at Pune.
The last date for submission of BUMAT 2017 application fee along with the submission of BUMAT 2017 application form is May 27, 2017.
BUMAT 2017 Admit Card

The steps to download the hall ticket for BUMAT 2017 is detailed below:
1. Visit the official website of BVDU or IMED, Pune.
2. Select the Course Name and log in using the Email Id or Username registered before.
3. Enter the Password.
4. Click on Submit button.
5. Once submitted the admit card for BUMAT 2017 will appear in the screen.
6. The students can either directly print it out or download it to print it later.

BUMAT 2017 Test Centers
The BUMAT 2017 will be organized on June 4, 2017. It is organized in 13 centers across the country- New Delhi, Kolhapur, Sangli, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Solapur and Karad, Lucknow, Patna, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Jaipur, Indore. The students can choose the test centers according to their convenience. Each BUMAT 2017 test center has a specific number assigned to it.

The duration for BUMAT 2017 examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes. There are 200 MCQ questions in BUMAT 2017. Each question carry one mark. There is no negative marking for BUMAT 2017 examination. The BUMAT 2017 Syllabus and Pattern can be summarized as follows:

BUMAT 2017 Result
The BUMAT 2017 result will be declared on June 13, 2017. The students have to check the BUMAT 2017 merit list or score card online in the official website of BVDU. The link to official website is- www.bvuuniversity.edu.in. The steps to obtain the BUMAT 2017 Result are:
- Go to the official websites of the institutes listed under BVDU-BUMAT or to the official link of BVDU.
- Check for the link of BBA/BCA result.

- The conducting body BVDU doesn’t send any individual invitations for counselling. Therefore the candidates must check the BUMAT 2017 merit list and their eligibility for counselling.
BUMAT 2017 Counselling
The BUMAT 2017 merit list is declared on June 13, 2017. The students should attend the counselling for on the spot admissions according to their eligibility. Admission of International students
The International students are not allowed to take part in BUMAT 2017. Their admission is based on a merit list declared by BVDU. The international students have 15% reservation in BBA and BCA courses under BVDU.The BUMAT Application Process for international students starts from February, 2017. The last date for completing the application process is May 27, 2017.The mode of the application process is offline. The international students have to pay an eligibility fee of $25 via bank during the submission of the application form. A processing fee of $400 has to be paid via bank once the provisional admission has been confirmed.
The students require a list of personal, academic and medical documents for admission to BVDU. The applicants must have passed the 10+2 qualifying examination. The students from the following boards-ICSC board schools/ IB board, oxford schools, Edexcel board(except CBSC schools), boards from West Asia and Africa, US, Australia, Canada and European Union must get their equivalent scores done from AIU. Besides the applicants will be assessed for their proficiency in English language. Provided their English is not at the required level, they will have to undergo the English Language Certificate Course(ELCC) from BVDU.
