BCECE 2017 Admit Card - Steps to Download Admit Card

BCECE Admit Card is published separately for Stage 1 and Stage 2 on the official website of BCECEB (www.bceceboard.com). The BCECE Admit Card can be accessed only in online mode i.e. no admit card will be posted or sent via email. The release of BCECE Admit Card for Stage 1 has been postponed due to some unavoidable reasons.

It is expected to be available from April 03, 2017 on the official website. Candidates have to enter the registration number, date of birth and security pin to download the admit card. The BCECE Exam is scheduled on April 16, 2017.

Candidates who have scored the qualifying marks in stage 1 will be only allowed to sit for the second stage of BCECE.  The candidates who qualify for BCECE 2017 Stage 2 examination shall receive the BCECE Admit Card for Stage 2.


Steps to Download BCECE 2017 Admit Card

The BCECE Admit Card is available for Stage 1 examination after the completion of BCECE 2017 Application Process. The BCECE 2017 Admit Card for Stage 2 will be available after the declaration of BCECE 2017 Result for Stage 1. The candidates must follow these steps to download BCECE 2017 Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website of the BCECEB.
  • Enter the Registration Number, Date of Birth and the Security Pin in the fields given.
  • Verify the details and click on Submit button.
  • Download and Print multiple copies of the BCECE Admit Card.

The candidates who enter any wrong information by mistake in the blank fields then he/she must click on Reset button instead of Submit to change the information

How to Retrieve Password?

The candidates must consider that the registration number is required to obtain the BCECE 2017 Admit Card. It must be kept safely with the candidates. The candidates can retrieve the lost registration number from the official website. Following are the steps to retrieve the registration number:

  • Visit the official website of the BCECE Board.
  • Click on the tab to obtain the BCECE Admit Card.
  • Click on the link mentioning ‘Forgot Registration Number’
  • Mention the Examination Name, Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth and Security Pin.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • The registration number is displayed on the screen.

Description of BCECE 2017 Admit Card

The candidates must verify the information mentioned on the BCECE 2017 Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate must report it to the BCECE Board. The BCECE Admit Card contains the following information:

  • Name of Candidate
  • Name of Exam
  • Father’s Name of the Candidate
  • Course Group
  • Date of Birth of the Candidate
  • Gender
  • Category
  • Residency
  • Time and date of exam
  • BCECE 2017 Exam Center
  • Photograph and Signature
  • Few general information and instructions

Significance of BCECE 2017 Admit Card

The BCECE Admit Card is the most important document to attend the BCECE Exam. The candidates are required to print multiple copies of the BCECE 2017 Admit Card to avoid any discrepancy if one copy is lost. The BCECE 2017 Admit Card is also required during the BCECE 2017 Counselling. Thus, the candidate must retain a copy of the Admit card for BCECE 2017 for further use.

Change of Information in BCECE 2017 Admit Card

The candidates must check the information on the BCECE Admit Card after downloading it. The candidates must check that the information mentioned on the admit card is similar to the information mentioned by the candidate in BCECE 2017 Application Form. In case there is any incorrect information in the Admit card for BCECE 2017 then the candidate must report the same to the BCECE Board. The BCECE Board shall consider the changes required and make the changes to avoid any discrepancy during the BCECE 2017.

The candidate must report to the BCECE Board 5 days prior to the BCECE 2017 Stage 1 examination in case they need to make any changes in the BCECE 2017 Admit Card. The candidates are required to reach the BCECE Board headquarters on any working day between 11 AM- 3 PM in person to request for the changes in the BCECE 2017 Admit Card. No changes are acceptable after April 14, 2017.

BCECE 2017 Admit Card for Stage 2

The BCECE 2017 Admit Card for Stage 2 shall be released after the declaration of BCECE 2017 Result for Stage 1. The BCECE Admit card must be carried to the BCECE 2017 Exam Center for Stage 2. The candidates have to submit the Admit Card for BCECE 2017 Stage 2 to the invigilator during the examination. The candidates are advised to retain one copy of the BCECE 2017 Admit Card for Stage 2 for use during the BCECE 2017 Counselling.

The BCECE Admit Card for Stage 2 shall be available on the official website in first week of May.


Important Highlights for BCECE 2017 Admit Card

  • The candidates are required to paste a postcard sized photograph on the blank space provided in the BCECE Admit Card. The candidates must note that the photograph they stick on the Admit Card for BCECE 2017 is similar to the one they have uploaded in the BCECE 2017 Application Form.
  • The candidates must provide their signature in the blank space provided similar to the signature uploaded in the BCECE 2017 Application Form.
  • The candidates must not mutilate or change any information mentioned in theBCECE 2017 Admit Card.
  • The applicants must read and follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card carefully.
  • The candidates must check that the photograph printed on the BCECE 2017 Hall Ticket is same as the photograph uploaded on the BCECE 2017 Application Form. The candidate must check that the format of photograph is same as the uploaded photograph.
  • The candidate needs to check if the BCECE 2017 Admit Card mentions the identification mark of the candidate.
  • The candidates must do the signatures both in Hindi and English.
  • The candidates need to carefully sign the attendance sheet provided during the examination and hand it over to the invigilator.
