AUEET 2017 Exam Dates, Application Form & Exam Pattern

AUEET is conducted yearly for admission in B.Tech programmes offered by Alliance University. Application Form filling window for AUEET 2017 concluded on Match 31, 2017. The exam is scheduled on multiple dates starting from April 29. The last date of AUEET 2017 exam session is May 11, 2017. Admission in Alliance University through AUEET 2017 will be purely done on the basis of marks scored by candidates in the exam and the selection process that follows. All interested aspirants can apply for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in:

  • Civil engineering
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Electrical and electronics engineering
  • Electronics and communication engineering
  • Aerospace engineering
  • Computer science and engineering
  • Information technology

and lateral entry to three-year B.Tech programmes at Alliance College of Engineering and Design for the academic session 2017.

AUEET 2017 Eligibility

Candidates willing to give the entrance exam for admission in AUEET 2017 need to be eligible for the exam. Here is the eligibility criterion that a candidate must check before applying for the exam.

Educational qualification:

B.Tech programmes:

The candidates interested in applying for B.Tech programme must have passed class 12 examination, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with chemistry/biotechnology/biology/technical vocational subject.

Candidates must have obtained at least 45 per cent marks in these subjects taken together.

Candidates belonging to Reserve Category must have 40 per cent marks taken together in the above-said subjects.

Lateral entry to B.Tech programme:

The candidates interested in applying for B.Tech programme must have pursued diploma or an equivalent qualification, from a recognised university or institution, with 45 per cent marks (40 per cent in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the final year examination in an appropriate branch of engineering.

Those who possess scores of JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced), Karnataka-CET, COMED-K, Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET), or any other state-level engineering entrance examination are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Age Eligibility:

As of now, there’s no limited age restriction for this Engineering Entrance examination.

Selection procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the following two stages:

Stage 1: Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) conducted by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design

Stage 2: Personal interview


AUEET 2017 Application Form

The candidates could apply for AUEET 2017 either online or offline. The Application Form was available at official website for candidates to fill out or download.

For Online Mode:

  • AUEET 2017 application form was available online from its official website.
  • Candidates could go to the official website of the university “http://www.alliance.edu.in/”.
  • After the candidates filled their application form they were required to click on SUBMIT for final submission.
  • The form was to be downloaded and kept safe for future reference.

For Offline Mode:

  • AUEET 2017 application form was available online from its official website.
  • Candidates could go to the official website of the university “http://www.alliance.edu.in/” and download their form

All aspirants need to send the following documents along with the attested copies.

  •   Standard X mark sheet/transcript
  •   Passport Copy (For NRI / Foreign National only)
  •   Photo Identity Proof
  •   Standard XII mark sheet/transcript
  •   Entrance Exam score card (JEE Main, JEE Advanced, AUEET, COMED-K)

AUEET 2017 Application Form Fees

The application fee could be paid either via online mode or offline mode.

The AUEET application form was available at office of admissions by paying INR 1000 for general candidates and INR 2000 for NRI / SAARC applicants or USD 50 for Foreign National applicants either through demand draft option or by cash.

Those who opted to pay fee through demand draft would register DD in favour of “Alliance University College of Engineering” and which is payable at Bangalore.


AUEET 2017 Admit Card

The admit card of the AUEET 2017 will be available on its official website “http://www.alliance.edu.in/”.

Candidates can login with their unique id and password that was generated during registration to download the admit card.


AUEET 2017 Exam Pattern

Before the students start their preparation for AUEET 2017, they must be aware of the exam pattern as this will help them prepare well according to the syllabus and the number of questions to be asked in the exam.

  • Here is the exam pattern discussed below:
  • Duration of Exam pattern: 2 Hours and 30 Minutes
  • The questions are from PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) topics
  • 45 questions will ask from each section i.e. total 135 questions
  • Each right answer will be rewarded by 1 mark
No negative marks deducted if the answer is wrong.

AUEET 2017 Result

AUEET 2017 Result will be announced by the university based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the AUEET entrance exam 2017. The scores released through AUEET 2017 result will be the basis for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes in the university.

The results of AUEET will be available on University’s official website “http://www.alliance.edu.in/”. Candidates can check the result by entering the Register (Application) Number and DOB.


AUEET 2017 Counselling

AUEET 2017 Counselling will be conducted for applicants qualifying the entrance exam.

Admissions through JEE Main 2017, JEE Advanced 2017, COMEDK 2017, Karnataka CET 2017 or any other state engineering entrance examination, will be conducted for candidates securing merit scores through counselling of AUEET 2017.

SC/ST-SC/ST applicants with the family income of less than Rs. 4,00,000 pa. They must have scored a minimum of 70% in class X and XII without any repetition at any stage. They also need to secure a minimum aggregate mark of 75% and above in AUEET 2017.25%
